About us

Guildford and Godalming A. C. is an active athletic club which evolved by the merger in 1952 of Guildford A. C. (founded 1950) and Godalming A. C. (founded 1924). We cater for athletes of both sexes and all abilities, right through the age range from school year six to veteran.

The Club offers the disciplines of track and field, cross country and road running (where there are fun runners and serious competitors tackling distances up to marathon) and has a membership of over four hundred.

In December each year the Club organises the Hogs Back Road Race which in 2010 saw it’s 51st running. Click here for more information about the 2012 race.
