Inter Counties Meeting May 30/31 2011 at Bedford

Congratulations to MADDY AUSTIN who competed for Surrey in the Senior Inter Counties competition on Sunday, and having won her heat of the 800m, finished fifth in the final.  An excellent result for someone who is usually competing in the Under 17 age group.

A more experienced Inter Counties competitor, CHARIS O’CONNOR leapt 1m 75 to secure second place for Surrey in the high jump and 5m 70 for seventh place in the long jump.
